Marriott Motor Group joins Aspire Family

We are delighted to welcome Marriott Motor Group as a sponsor of Aspire Powerchair Football Club.

Marriott Motor Group is a family-run business with more than 100 years of experience in the transport industry. Today, the Group proudly represents Audi, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and Škoda across East Anglia, with 12 locations throughout Suffolk and Norfolk.

The story of Marriott Motor Group began with Oliver Barnard, who started out with just two horses and one wagon, providing day trips and outings to destinations including Great Yarmouth.

Over the years, the family business grew and evolved, moving into the motor industry and becoming authorised Volkswagen and Audi dealers in 1980. Today, the business continues under the leadership of Oliver’s great-grandson, Paul Barnard.

Despite its growth and success, Marriott Motor Group remains built around the values that have been at the heart of the business for generations - exceptional customer service, expertise, honesty and strong personal relationships.

These values resonate strongly with Aspire. Powerchair football is about much more than sport; it is about creating opportunities, building confidence, developing independence and giving people the chance to achieve things they may never have thought possible.

We are incredibly grateful to Marriott Motor Group for supporting Aspire Powerchair Football Club. Their sponsorship helps us continue to provide opportunities for our players, both on and off the pitch, and enables our club to grow and develop.

Thank you, Marriott Motor Group, for supporting Aspire and for helping us empower our players to achieve their ambitions.
