Aspire Powerchair Sports Club is delighted to announce that Tom Kelly and Jon Bolding will be coaching Aspire Warriors for the 2026/27 season.
The Aspire PFC pair will lead the refreshed Warriors squad in the Slater & Gordon Championship next campaign.
England captain Jon Bolding's leadership credentials speak for themselves, a continental Champion with club and country, he is itching to get going with Warriors.
Jon Bolding said: "I cannot express how excited I am to be coaching the warriors this season. This is the first time I have coached a team which I haven’t been playing for.
"With the players we have, I firmly believe can achieve amazing things this season and cannot wait to get started."
Tom Kelly is an immensely experienced footballer at both Premiership and Championship level. Before becoming a Premiership and Champions Cup winner with Aspire, Kelly starred for Muscle Warriors, and so knows exactly what the Championship is about.
Tom Kelly said: "I’m looking forward to being part of the coaching with Warriors this season. It’s a different challenge for me as I’ve not coached this level and I feel it’s not a role people would expect I would do.
"I’m excited to be working with some great players who have a good mix of potential and experience and we’re going to see the quality they have on show this season."
Everybody at the club is excited about this, the first in a series of updates on the future of the Warriors.
