Aspire Stars In Team Of The Weekend

An incredible three Aspire players were voted in the Slater & Gordon Premiership team of the week for gameweek one.

The outfield core of Dan Mclellan, Jon Bolding and John Dickson all earned their place amongst the top performers in the league this weekend.

Bolding was instrumental, controlling the game from the centre and providing a clear reminder of his quality.

Mclellan’s contribution was enough to earn himself player of the weekend and a place at the top of the goalscorers charts.

Dickson was crucial, providing a plethora of goals and assists and most importantly notching the winner in a huge game against Teesside.
