Mclellan Set For International Weekend Away

Dan Mclellan is set to co-captain England at the EPFA Home Nations tournament in Largs, Scotland this weekend.

The Aspire man is set to join up with a mixture of senior and development players to take on Scotland, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland in two days of competition.

This tournament is part of the preparations for the 2026 FIPFA Powerchair Football World Cup in Buenos Aires in October.

Dan said: "Buzzing to join up with the lads on Friday. It was a pleasure to train as a group for the first time last weekend and I can't wait to see what we can produce as a team!

"On a personal note, I am really looking forward to co-leading the group with Dylan and making sure we put on a performance to be proud of!"

England's group fixtures are as follows:

Saturday 10:30 - Northern Ireland

Saturday 15:00 - Republic of Ireland

Sunday 11:50 - Scotland

Should they be successful in the group phase, England will contest a final at 16:20 on Sunday.

All games will be streamed live here. The tournament is taking place at the National Sports Training Centre Inverclyde, Largs.
